Guests requesting a refund less than 48 hours prior to the tour start time cannot be refunded or rescheduled due to advanced preparation and scheduling commitments for each tour. Guests who arrive late or don't show will also not be refunded or rescheduled. Should we have to cancel a tour, you'll be refunded in full.
