Our Adult CPR & AED Class provides hands-on training designed to prepare participants to respond confidently during cardiac and breathing emergencies involving adults. Students learn how to recognize an emergency, perform high-quality CPR, provide effective chest compressions and rescue breaths, and safely use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The course combines instructor-led demonstrations with practical skills practice so participants can build confidence in responding to real-life emergencies. Training also covers important steps for activating emergency medical services and providing care until professional help arrives. Upon successful completion, participants receive an American Red Cross certification valid for 2 years. The class takes approximately 2.5–3 hours to complete and is appropriate for workplace professionals, security personnel, caregivers, educators, parents, and anyone who wants to develop lifesaving skills.
School Notes: Students must present acceptable photo identification per NYS DCJS requirements: a valid driver's license, valid US passport, current government-issued ID, or current military ID. No other materials needed.
