Wasn’t very social… ate very late… could not easily find the place.

The chef didn’t create a fun and light atmosphere - quite the opposite actually. He had a rough demeanor that made us nervous about making a mistake - but maybe that was intentional? Lesson took too long and we were starving by the end! Would suggest there are moments to test some of the food along the way so folks aren’t famished. Food ultimately was tasty and learned some tricks along the way.

The instructor was so awesome and was so knowledgeable. We had a great time and the cheese was so tasty. I'm telling all my friends and we're signing up for other classes. I wished she taught more classes.

Great teacher and clear, concise instructions. I cant wait to try this at home!

Fun casual class. Great for me, my husband and adult kids

Jessica was great!
I really enjoyed this introduction to French choux pastry.
The class was a fun, laid back, and informative experience where we had the chance to not only learn how to make, bake, and fill choux pastry but also meet cool like-minded people.
And at the end of it, we all had a surplus of delicious cream puffs and eclairs to chow down on and share with friends!

This class was so fun!! This is the second class I've taken with Chef Sandro. Chef Sandro is extremely personable, is always walking around giving tips and advice, and he plays some great music while we prepare and cook our dishes. My friend and I are doing a 3rd class with him in June. Check out these classes, you will NOT be disappointed. The sauce we made for our pasta dish was OUT of THIS WORLD!!!

Mixed feelings on this experience. The best part of the wine tasting was the sommelier who was wonderful and facilitated a great class. I genuinely learned from him and he made it approachable and fun! But the space itself was a little awkward and it didn't really allow for anyone to linger and continue drinking any of the wines we tasted or try another wine afterwards.

The class was very detailed and provided great insight into the ingredients and tools needed to
make paella successfully. Chef Jerry is very informative and his class is very interactive and engaging.

I got to the class and was told I was not on the list. The lady made me give my number to someone on the phone and was asked to leave because I was not on the list and there was no room for me. I was then called by some other lady who said I had been cancelled and should have received an email. I did not receive any email. I have not seen a refund. They just took my money and provided no services. This was not a pleasant experience.

The meal was great, really enjoyed the evening.
However, Jerry could have spent less time talking about himself and more time focusing on the preparation of the meal. Also, a dessert and coffee would be a nice touch.

The class and the instructor were great. I only wish there was more to do. It felt like most of the work was done for us and we didn't get the real baking experience. At one point there were 4 people all taking turns mixing. Over all I had fun and got to talk to some cool people but just wish there was more hands on work.

We really enjoyed the class. Chef Vic was not only an excellent instructor but also a great person. We look forward to additional courses with Chef Vic.

Great class :) our chef Saruj was very knowledgeable and attentive. The meal we cooked was delicious and the instructions Saruj gave us makes it easy to prepare it at home!

Ambra was an absolute joy!
-
It was a great class, instructor was excellent! The only thing I would recommend is a better workspace.
-
Sandro and Alessandro were great!

We got to the class in plenty of time and at the end of the table. when it came to cook there was no burner for us so we had to wait till the other people who were at the end of the table cooked and then we had to wait until their pan was cleaned so that we could start our cooking

I really loved learning the basics of this French pastry class. We learned pâté a choux, and made eclairs and cream puffs. The instructor, Jasmine, was lovely and I could follow her instructions clearly, so I felt confident and comfortable in my attempts. The only irritation was the class size. There were far too many people to really utilize the equipment in an effective way (i.e. ovens and heating needed to be rushed without the necessary timing for taking the temperature down, as is traditionally needed). I enjoyed myself, but I would have paid twice the tuition if they cut the registration cap in half. Hopefully will take another class with this instructor with a smaller class size! We were cramped!
