What you'll learn in this ceramics class:
Enjoy the best things in life—art, wine, creativity, and friendship—in this lively, artist-led workshop. Explore a work of art from LACMA's collection through fun dialogue then retreat to the studio to create your own work in a supportive, positive atmosphere, while enjoying a glass of wine and small bites.
Visit the art of the ancient Americas collection to view ceramic figurines combining human and animal elements and myth and storytelling. Back in the studio, work with hand-building coil and slab techniques to make your own creation in self-hardening no fire clay.

- This class is designed for adults 21 and older; proof of age will be requested on the day of the event.
- Art materials and parking fees included in tuition.

Full refunds will only be granted if the art class is cancelled. Please notify us immediately of any cancellations so that a student on our waiting list can attend class. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made three weeks before class start date. No refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to class start date.
