Join us in mastering the art of creating delectable Pies and Tarts for every season! Learn the secret to making the perfect crust, the foundation of any exceptional pie or tart. We’ll start with the finest flaky Pie Dough and Pâte Sucrée (Tart Dough) recipes, and together, we’ll craft a mouthwatering array of treats, including:

  • My Mom’s Flaky Pie Dough
  • Pâte Sucrée Tart Dough
  • Pumpkin Pie with Crème Chantilly
  • Macadamia Nut/Chocolate Banana Cream Tart
  • Apple Pie with Cheddar Cheese Crust
  • Cherry Pie with my Mom’s Flaky Pie Dough

From classic flavors to unique combinations, our pies and tarts will surely delight your taste buds and impress your friends and family. Come and experience the joy of baking these delicious creations with us!

Refund Policy

Refunds only given if a class is canceled by Chef Eric.

If you are unable to attend a class that you have already registered and paid for:

  • We will give you a credit toward another class of your choice if you notify us at least 3 business days prior to class time. This credit will be valid for one year.
  • Or, you have the option of letting a friend attend class in your place – just send us the name by email at least 2 business days in advance.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
