Let Chef Daniel transport you to Argentina, land of tango and many other passions. During this Argentine food cooking class we will make a typical multi-layered feast.
Starting with empanadas with three different fillings, the class will cover how to make Argentine chorizos from scratch with all the typical flavorings.
Argentines are well known for their expertise in barbecues, and how to enhance the overall experience. We together we will make some simple salads that go very well with the richness of the meat.
Perhaps more importantly, we will make chimichurri, the ubiquitous dressing in any proper Argentine table, from scratch,.
To finish Chef Daniel will be serving dulce de leche crepes, his dessert of choice when he was a little boy eating out with his family, and served in every restaurant in Buenos Aires.
