Intro to the Art of Sushi
Purchased this class for my partner and I for his birthday. Was such a fun and professional experience! Chef Cregg made the room feel comfortable and low stakes, even though sushi feels like a food that could be really tricky to make at home. He also made the class educational, without coming close to the territory of ever feeling boring at all. Ingredients were fresh and the playlist was great! Would definitely recommend. -

Nudge Ceramic Charcuterie Board
I took this class Sunday December 14. The instructors were great and so helpful. I didn’t have any wine as I was driving, but there was a plentiful spread of drinks and snacks for anyone who wanted to partake. Making the charcuterie board was so much fun, I can’t wait to see what it looks like. I highly recommend this class or others like it as a group or date activity. The center is also located in Chinatown surrounded by a lot of great restaurants. -

This class was really fun. Chloe, our instructor, was so kind and extremely supportive. She is an excellent instructor. Everything was kept running on time, everyone had a complete project and time to choose their glaze. She broke down the process and helped us all feel confident using the wheel and sculpting our items. She learned and remembered everyone’s names as well which was so impressive!
