Hello, My name is Shalom, which means in Hebrew today, peace.
I am born, raised in Paris and living in the USA by choice.
When you pronounce the word Shalom according to the Biblical tradition, you are saying, "may you be full of well-being" or, "may well be prosperous be upon you."
That's how I understand my cooking and decorating my table with love that encompasses everything.
I work in my three passions, fashion and tableware, nutrition, and spirituality.
I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2003 with the title of Consultant Practitioner and became accredited by the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants.
As a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I strengthen the power of self-responsibility by empowering clients through personalized education and information. After 15 years of research on how to lose weight with consciousness, I have developed a diet that is outlined in my book "I Lose Weight and Well" (I Can Lose Weight Well & Fast.)
I gave workshops on the "Art of the Table," formed a tea school in Australia and conferences on nutrition in Sydney and Los Angeles.
I trust in mind-body-image synergy by focusing on fashion (image and tableware), nutrition (body), and spirituality (mind).
