What you'll learn in this jewelry class:

Students will learn how to address issues such as how to develop a coherent line for production, how to promote sales, how to protect individual designs, and developing presentation skills. We will be talking about small scale production of a few pieces in a home studio, outsourcing locally, nationally and internationally. We will discuss topics such as production resources tips & tricks, wholesale & retail pricing, where to sell & promote your work, wholesale & retail trade shows, and much more.

Learn how to:
  • Photograph jewelry
  • How to approach stores, and trade shows
A discussion of each students work as a group, as well as individual consultation for technical and esthetic advice will be provided.


Q: Can I make up a class if I miss one? 
A: Yes, there are make up classes on Monday nights from 6-9 PM, or by appointment during the day during the week, so missing a class is no problem.

Q: Are materials included in the cost of the class?  
A: No. Students are asked to bring their “work in progress” including their designs, samples, and ideas for their future jewelry line.
