What you'll learn in this kids baking class:
With Valentine's day swiftly approaching, come learn to create mouth-watering, decadent treats with a Thomas Keller Restaurant Group Alum!
In this workshop, the founder of Blondery, Auzerais Bellamy, will share fun and creative hacks to create awe-inspiring desserts. You will receive instructions on creating and decorating, the science behind your ingredients so that you can easily troubleshoot, and a gift bag to keep you baking for the holidays (with some treats from Blondery and Michel Cluizel) !
Itinerary:
What you take home:
Each attendee will leave with a bag of goodies from Blondery & Michel Cluizel. Along with techniques and materials to recreate your picture perfect dessert at home.
All of the necessary kitchen tools and ingredients will be provided by Blondery and Michael Cluizel.
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING
Please wear comfortable clothes and flat closed toe shoes. Please bring a small notebook to take notes. Cellphone pictures are welcome to document the process.
ALLERGIES
If you have any severe food allergies, please let us know in advance. We are full fat, all the gluten and nuts.
UNDERAGE ATTENDEES
We encourage parents/guardians to participate but it is not mandatory. If you chose to participate, please purchase an additional ticket. If you choose not to participate, you will need to stay on site with your child during the class. There is a seating area for waiting. Every child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire duration of class.
