This spring break workshop series will provide fun and educational lessons to fortify your child's social and emotional tool kit, focusing on key skills such as making a great first impression, making friends, feeling confident, and even diningsklz:-).  

Kidz (4 - 7 y/o) and tweenz (8 -12 y/o) will be taught concurrently by two separate instructors.

Monday

Wednesday

communicationsklz:-) starting,maintaining, and closing conversations; verbal/ nonverbal communication, identifyingand expressing emotions
gratitude and attitude- the value of everyday thankfulness, how to incorporate it into daily living and how it affects ourstate of mind

Thursday

stressmanagementsklz:-) how to cope with stress from school, family, friends etc.; creating personal stressbusters and ways to manage
dining intensive (the ins and outs of dining; table settings; utensil management; mealtime conversation) LUNCH INCLUDED
