This class will provide attendees with an introduction to the realm of the project implementation, team building, research methodologies to practice and explore innovative approaches and marketing of a unique product or service with corporate objectives in industries such as advertising, marketing, fashion, publishing, transportation, web design, software coding, manufacturing, automation technology and information technology. It will provide the baseline for understanding of project implementation and structuring and explore the constraints for every project and establishing a scope of work (SOW). Interact with decision makers on scope creep and change orders policies.
The class will provide an overview of preparing a work breakdown structure (WBS) from the scope of work, the assigned budget and allocated time. Attendees will understand risk factors and labor cost for any given project. Students will learn an understandable approach to scheduling with a timeline, bar chart, ganett chart, CPM and or PERM and deliverables (milestones) of any project.
The goal for the attendees will be to be able to approach any project as being on time, under cost and to deliver superior quality on a service or product. Attendees will be given one (1 st ) option of preparing a brief project management report on their business activities to improve product or service deliverable and profitability. The second (2nd) the BPM attendee(s) can elect to take a final quiz
