Quick and Easy Vegetarian

While the food was delicious, the course felt rushed. I appreciated the variety of recipes, but did not feel like I absorbed the proper techniques since we were moving so quickly.

The instructor was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and overall the class was a joy to experience. The venue was well designed and comfortable. I feel like I learned real techniques that I can use on my own (and likely will soon), and the course has me interested in furthering my knowledge in the area of Japanese cooking. Would definitely recommend to friends.
