Good class. Beautiful facility. Cool teachers. Nice snacks. Timely samples of the cuts. Much less hands on than I hoped.

The class was very informative and fun. You don't get to actually cut any meat but you are encouraged to touch and ask questions. There was beer, wine, snacks, and samples of their housemade charcuterie.

While we did get to watch and even (often pass around) pieces of meat, there was no actual cutting. I understand there is a lot of liability there sure, but for the cost it would have been nice to take something home as well, be it even just a sheet with "what you learned."
