    Very well informed instructor. Room was uncomfortable - ventilating units made it difficult to hear. Too many dishes, not all of them that interesting. BUT a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Will take another course.

    A bit too ambitious in the number of recipes we covered. It was a bit hectic. Great kitchen classroom.

    Perhaps slightly different timing so that we could have more time to eat in courses. Otherwise, loved the course, the food, and the instructor. Wonderful experience. Great date night.

    It went through the main skills and techniques to cook really great fine food, and it was a lot of fun. Sue is a great teacher - kind, patient, fun, inclusive, interesting, loves what she does. I really really enjoyed this course, and will continue practice everything I learned until I can do without the recipes! I plan to attend future courses with ICE.
