Denisse Oller

Teaches at The Institute of Culinary Education

Denisse Oller, one of the most honored women in Spanish television, served as an anchor/correspondent at the local and national level, interviewing everyone from Bill Clinton to Pedro Almodovar. After more than 25 years in journalism, she pursued her lifelong interest in food and graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education (I.C.E.) Upon graduation, and an externship at Le Bernardin, Denisse created and hosted a weekly cooking segment on Univision 41’s morning show, “Al Despertar”, and then “A la Mesa con Denisse” for Telemundo. In 2008, she launched Boca Dulce, a line of natural, artisanal cookies and sweets with Latin flavors. Denisse teaches recreational cooking classes at I.C.E. and is working on her first cookbook.
