Paula Shoyer is the author of The Holiday Kosher Baker (Sterling 2013) and The Kosher Baker: Over 160 Dairy-Free Recipes from Traditional to Trendy (Brandeis 2010). Paula graduated from the Ritz-Escoffier pastry program in Paris and currently teaches French and Jewish baking classes in metro Washington, D.C.
