What you'll learn in this health class:
Discover the scientific underpinnings of sound healing with crystal bowls and vocals that resonate and create coherence in you. Recognize the effects of sound on your body as indications of subtle changes in the parasympathetic nervous system.
Cumulative in nature, sound healing brings you into a state of relaxation, lowers your heart rate, and provides deeper breath awareness.
With each session, acquire greater sensitivity and resonance as you grow in awareness. Become attuned to specific tones of the crystal bowls and notice how they affect and benefit you.
Participate in group discussions, uncover new ways to bring sound into your life, and deepen your understanding of your divine nature. Journal your experiences to reinforce their effects.
Refresh and rejuvenate with the science and beauty of sound. Infuse yourself thoroughly and incorporate vital information for your own health and healing.
This course is available on Zoom. You will be emailed a Zoom link closer to the time of the class. The course will be recorded and you will receive a link to watch it.
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
