The AgileBA® course takes you through a business understanding of the external and internal forces that underline the project from a business perspective, looks at modeling techniques, (As Is – To Be), and also provides an overview to project management (AgilePM®) from an “Agile” perspective.
This course is designed for:
- Business analysts that are new to projects
- Project managers taking on business analysis responsibilities
- Anyone new to a business analyst role, especially in an Agile project
- Current business analysts (architects) looking to expand
At the end of this program, you will be able to:
- Understand business analysis in a project environment and the techniques used, as well as knowing more about the role of the business analyst in a project
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
