Instructor got start time wrong, and showed up 40 minutes after the start time. The content was surprisingly basic for a class promising to teach you to "relax profoundly." The techniques given were nothing beyond what I'd learned at a basic meditation class years ago. And I wasn't interested in hearing about the other participants' experiences or reasons for taking the class. It's an individual pursuit.
