Corey Manicone is Co-founder and CEO at Zuul, a ghost kitchen company dedicated exclusively to helping brands fulfill to-go orders. Recognizing that traditional restaurant kitchens are designed for dining, not delivery, Zuul offers custom-built, individual kitchens, where these restaurant brands you already know and love cook your favorite meals as Zuul handles the cumbersome operational tasks - from dishwashing to delivery. Zuul recently acquired Ontray, an online food-ordering platform.

Jackie Cuscuna is co-founder and owner of the Ample Hills Creamery. 

Ample Hills operates a chain of ice-cream shops that originated in New York but has since expanded to include Disney World, Florida and New Jersey. Each store has a signature flavor.

The creamery is dedicated to offering handcrafted ice creams. The company's ice-creams are made using hormone free milk, cream from grass fed cows, organic cane sugar and pasteurized ice cream base. Backed by investors such as Bob Igor (CEO, Disney), Oprah Winfrey and Lerer Hippeau Ventures.
