Class Description

Description

Master the art of pizza making from scratch in this hands-on culinary class with Chef Daniel. You will begin by creating pizza dough from the ground up, then, while it rises, you will prepare your toppings using time-honored Italian techniques. Under expert guidance, you will learn to stretch the dough with traditional methods before baking your creations to perfection in a home oven using everyday kitchen tools.

For those interested in the science behind the craft, Chef Daniel provides comprehensive insights into how and why the process works, along with recommendations for simple gadgets that can enhance your results. The dough recipe was specially developed for these classes, making the entire process achievable in approximately two and a half hours from start to finish.

  • Pizza Margherita: Tomato passata, fresh basil, and Grande organic low-moisture mozzarella
  • Pesto Pizza: Homemade pesto, mozzarella, and fresh ricotta
  • Pizza Bianca: Mornay sauce, Grande organic low-moisture mozzarella, gruyere, homemade ricotta, arugula, and fresh mozzarella
