Full course name: Pumpkin Dulce de Leche Cake & Truffles 

Channel your inner sweater-weather vibes at our NEW Pumpkin Dulce de Leche Cake Class! Make this cake with vanilla spice cake, milk crumbs, dulce de leche, roasted pumpkin ganache, and roasted pepitas to top it off. Plus, you'll learn how to turn the leftover cake scraps into a prized fall treat: Pumpkin Dulce de Leche Cake Truffles!


Please Note:
  • This is not a traditional baking class, but a class where you learn how to assemble a cake.

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire duration of class.

  • Please wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat, comfortable shoes. Please try to refrain from wearing open-toed shoes or sandals, as you will be baking in an FDA regulated production facility. 
  • You will be provided with a hair net and headscarf before entering our kitchen, if your hair is longer than your ears length, you must pull your hair back in with an elastic band.
  • Please inform us if you have any severe food allergies. In our classes, we will be working with ingredients such as gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts.

Refund Policy

Cancellations: 

You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your scheduled class date for a refund, subject to a 10% processing fee.  

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled class date, or if you fail to attend.  

Rescheduling:

You are welcome to reschedule your reservation one time up to 7 days prior to your originally scheduled class date, subject to a 10% processing fee.  A request to reschedule your reservation that is made within 7 days of your scheduled class date will be treated as a cancellation and you may then make a new reservation.  

Transfers:

You may also transfer your reservation to another guest with our prior approval, subject to a 10% processing fee.

Do you make the cake from scratch?

Hi Miguel! The school bakes the cakes from scratch, but for the class, they prepare the cake portion ahead of time so that there is enough time to learn the tricks of assembling the naked cakes! The recipe for the cake will be sent to you after the class if you want to give it a try at home.
