What you'll learn in this middle eastern cooking class:

All tours include 1 light meal, visits to 2-3 food shops (markets, butchers, bakeries, spice shops, etc.) and 1-2 non-food specialty shops (home goods, clothes stores, plant nurseries), and a shopping guide.

Explore Glendale, a diverse city that is home to the largest number of ethnic Armenians outside of Yerevan. Learn all about Elmira's favorite ingredients and brands before visiting her go-to pastry shop and learning the proper way to eat khinkali, Georgia's traditional dumpling.
