In this class we go over the Basic Cheese Types, tasting them, talking about them and learning about how cheese is made. You'll learn some broad characteristics of each so you'll know what you like and what you don't and have a better idea of what to pair them with. All of our tastings include the pairing of cheese with wine, sometimes beer, jams and other cheese-friendly foods. Your questions and remarks are encouraged.
