In Couples Massage Class 1 you will learn to massage the back, scalp and hands. In this class you'll learn long flowing back massage strokes similar to swedish massage, how to apply enough pressure to ensure your partner is satisfied while you use your body to deepen the massage, to avoid tiring your hands and fingers. You'll learn to give a pain free, incredible scalp massage, and reduce the tension from use of handhelds with use of pressure points in the hands and carpels while relaxing the entire body.
Note:
Couples will want to wear loose comfortable clothing over shorts, and women should wear a bikini top or similar that ties or unhooks in the back that is modest in appearance - not lingerie. Water in a closed container should be brought to class. No other food or beverage is allowed. Slip on shoes to be removed at the entrance are best to wear. If a partner gets cold a small warm blanket that is okay to have water based lotion on it may be desirable to bring. If you have any allergies to hypoallergenic massage lotion, please bring a safe alternative for you.
Doors open at each location 10 minutes before class start time and lock at start time. Late arrivals cannot enter past exactly 10 minutes for safety - past this point it is too late to safely catch up with the massage lesson- after this time allowance a discounted class fee will be charged in order for the pre-renting and set up of a second class space so the couple can return to class again the future. This is called a REDO60 and is $60.
