This fusion class is a mix of vinyasa flow, flexibility and play fundamentals. Inversions are seamlessly woven into the vinyasa practice, providing ample time in the fabric while also increasing flexibility. This mix will warm up all the muscles needed to flow into play movements like cross back straddle, hip hangs and more! This class will help condition the muscles needed to strengthen your play practice and increase your flexibility.
