Wine Making for Two
The class was Great! Just enough information and background to get me interested but not so much that I was impatient to start making wine! Perfect balance. I can't wait to taste the wine. The only suggestion I would make would be for course horse, I did not know you could order your wine kit ahead of time, if it was mentioned I missed it and would like to see tidbits like that have a more prominent place in the description. It was a great experience and I would do it again. Gail -
