Splits & Contortion

Students will improve flexibility in the back, legs, shoulder and hips to perform impressive contortion moves.

Having a flat splits is every pole dancers dream!  It makes all of your poses look so much more refined, not to mention how sexy the splits look during floor work. If you are itching to get into your splits effortlessly, this class is for you.

Contortion is not as difficult as it looks, even though that statement might be incredibly hard to believe. With the right training, technique and balance, you, even as a complete beginner, can wow your friends after taking just a few contortion training.

Note: Please DO NOT wear any body lotions or oils to class as it makes the pole slippery and dangerous. Ladies dress comfortably. Tank tops, shorts or yoga capri’s. Expose your ankles/heels. For intermediate/advanced classes you will need sports shorts or hot shorts. Bare legs are necessary to grip the pole for climbing and inversions.

If you own a yoga mat, please bring it to class. Please leave all hand a wrist jewelry at home.
