A supportive place to nurture your creativity; use artmaking for personal discovery; and to build a community of women who want to take time for themselves.
Are you curious about art therapy?
Looking for a creative outlet that connects you to yourself and others?
This ongoing, weekly Art Therapy Group for Women will introduce you to the basic concepts of art therapy with a different project and art material each week. Each group will include a brief check-in with group members, ample time for a hands-on art project and an opportunity to process your artwork with the group. Prior group therapy experience not required.
Our goal is to offer our art therapy studio as a supportive place to nurture your creativity; use artmaking for personal discovery; and to build a community of women who want to take time for themselves.
You may opt to use your health insurance to pay for the group if you have any of the following plans: Cigna, Healthfirst, Oscar, Emblem, Empire NYSHIP, Medicare, and ValueOptions.
Prior group therapy experience not required.

Refund Policy
- Cancellations prior to 11 business days before a scheduled workshop or training starts receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee.
- Participants who cancel their enrollment less than 11 business days before the first continuing education session will not be refunded but can receive credit towards a future workshop or training.
