However, few people understand the structure, strategies, and methods available to them as they seek new business opportunities for their company. Whether you're buying inventory, funding a new project, or seeking investors, negotiation is inevitably at the core of the process.

In this class, you’ll learn fundamental negotiation principles to specific real-world examples of how to be a more effective negotiator and secure more of what you want for your business.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
