We really enjoyed this class; it was informative and fun. We knew a bit about wine, but we learned some things. Eric explained clearly and was entertaining. We plan to take another class soon!

Excellent class. The sommelier was thorough for a Wine 101. He made the class enjoyable. Better than buying a book about the winery.

great teacher and interesting topics. Wish they had given some more whisky per glass, was pretty small that made it difficult to really get a taste.

The variety of wines and cheeses was great! I definitely learned a lot and got to try new things. The only reason I did not give this a 5 is because the class started 15 minutes late and we found out after the class that some of the information (history) provided was wrong. Overall it was very enjoyable!

Eric was very kind, knowledgeable, and funny! I am fairly new to drinking wine myself, and this class helped me to better appreciate the complexities and nuances when tasting wine, in conjunction with eating various foods.
