Jewelry 101 was the perfect class for my husband and I. We chose to make simple silver 6 mm width rings for our wedding bands. The class was a total of 8 people. Fitzgerald Jewelry provided all the material and had a spacious working space. Both the Sue and Ruowei were incredible instructors. They helpful and encouraging. For us it was the right balance of supervision, instruction and help where we needed it. In the end, we came out with two beautiful rings that we were both happy with. Sue also provided us with a list of places to buys jewelry making supplies if we wanted to come back for bench time. She also provided pictures and a video of the night which we appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and we recommend it to anyone looking to make a ring as a beginner.

The class and, especially the instruction was very informative. The pace was good - not too fast or slow. She gave us great tips, especially safety ones. She kept us on track and we had just about enough time to finish our project. I wish we had more time to decide on a design for the ring. But being a beginner, I'm amazed that we were able to create and come away with a ring!
