My kids (6 and 8) absolutely loved this class and were so excited to show me what they had made. I loved the fact that it was hands on baking experience and that they class teachers were so prepared. Each participant had their own baking station and tray of prepped ingredients. Everything they made was so delicious! -
Chocolate Making 101 - Children
My daughter was the only student in attendance at today's class which made it extra special. The chef was very patient and amicable. He gave us some history on chocolate before walking my daughter through the process of making her very own chocolate bites. My daughter hopes to become a chef when she gets older and our chef offered insight into his experiences and history in culinary school. I cannot say how this meant to me and my daughter. We look forward to taking other classes at Tache Chocolate and other culinary classes in general. -
