Description
What you'll learn in this health class:
In the children’s class, students ages 5-8 will learn both longsword and kendo techniques in a safe, supervised environment. The concepts of respect, focus, and discipline are combined with free-play and supervised sparring to give children an complete sword-training experience. The class utilizes foam, plastic, and bamboo swords in practice, and is always supervised by an experienced instructor.
