Mélanie Grave

Teaches at French Institute Alliance Française

Melanie Grave was born in Reims, France and grew up in the Loire Valley. She moved to the US to study and graduated in Interior Design and Architecture at UC Berkeley, CA. She is now pursuing a career in childhood education and is expecting to complete her DAEFL study in December 2014. 

She has worked as an assistant in many public after school programs throughout New York and before joining FIAF she taught for 3 years in a private Montessori preschool. With her love of teaching combined with her artistic background, she is thrilled to teach both French classes and Art classes at FIAF.
