  The instructor is great - super knowledgeable and took the time to give everyone very specific feedback and ensure she knew why you were there and what you wanted to get out of the class. She also made it a comfortable atmosphere and sent us our videos after the class and offered her email for follow up questions. Good tips, with some paperwork to keep and remind you if what you learned.

  I enjoyed the course very much and received good pointers to put into place when doing a presentation. The only thing I wanted to do more of was actually get a second shot to present to the group and to actually put into practice some of the recommendations I received. However, I realize there's not enough time to do so. I wouldn't definitely take another class with Nicole and would recommend this class to anyone.

  Nicole is an exceptional speaker and trainer. I am a complete novice and was nervous about what to expect. Her demeanor puts you right at ease and I felt like I was in good hands from the moment the class began. She put a positive spin on things, helping me polish up my presentation and tune out any negative thoughts keeping me from speaking confidently. She brings a non-judgmental approach and offers really insightful guidance into crafting your presentations. I found her to be the perfect mix of practical and approachable. Her positivity and enthusiasm is contagious. As a novice, I can highly recommend her as someone to help you craft your presentation skills if you don't know where to start. And if you're advanced and presenting is a key part of your job, she can help you take your presentations to the next level. I highly recommend her!

  Exceptional instructor and class if you are interested in improving your public speaking skills and learning to reduce anxiety using proven strategies. It's like having a private coaching session and you get to practice with a supportive and constructive audience, and the benefit of Nicole's extensive professional experience. Highly recommended!
