Designed to meet the needs of both experienced and beginner athletes, our "All Levels" CrossFit classes follow our traditional CrossFit class workout flow (Dynamic Warm Up Strength/Skill work > Metabolic Conditioning/WOD) with a wider variety of scalable options available for our new and/or returning athletes.
If you are new to using a barbell or are unfamiliar with any of the movements, our coaches will go over dumbbell/kettlebell variations and other scaling options that make this CrossFit class perfect for any fitness regimen.
