Rachael Scarf

Teaches at Tribeca Clayworks

Rachael Scharf is a ceramicist living and working in NYC. She sells her work in her online store and at craft fairs around the city. She began working at Tribeca ClayWorks in 2002 as an assistant after-school teacher. After graduating from Franklin and Marshall college with a studio art minor she studied wheel throwing at Hinkley Pottery in Washington, D.C. She then spent a year studying ceramics as a post-Bach student in Florence, Italy. Rachael has also spent three summers as an assistant at La Meridiana International School of Ceramics in Italy. She now teaches after-school classes and adult classes at Tribeca ClayWorks @ Manhattan Youth and kids classes at BKLYN CLAY.
