Spanish High Beginner 3 is an ideal course for those who have completed Spanish High-Beginner 2 or possess a similar level of proficiency.
Here's an overview of the topics covered in High-Beginner 3:
COMMUNICATION: To function in highly coded situations: greetings, introductions…, asking for things, actions and favors; asking for and granting permission, making excuses and justifying them, talk about past experiences and value them, talk about intentions and express the desire to do something.
GRAMMAR: The gerund (regular and irregular forms) estar + gerund, the conditional of poder e importar, the pretérito perfecto, uses of the past perfect and the past indefinite, ya/todavia no, ir a + infinitive, querer/pensar + infinitive, exclamatory phrases.
VOCABULARY: Greetings and farewells, courtesy verbs: poder, importar, ayudar; dejar and prestar, poner, pasar and tener, activities and places of leisure, places of interest and cultural offers, parecer.
PHONETICS: the intonation of requests and justifications, the intonation of exclamatory.

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
