This official ISACA CGEIT certification course prepares you for the exam to become Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT. It provides you with in-depth coverage on the GEIT Framework. As part of this 2020 updated ISACA CGEIT exam content outline, the exam domains have been consolidated from five to four, and include the governance of enterprise IT, IT resources, benefits realization, and risk optimization. This course is designed specifically for Senior Managers, CIOs, Compliance and IS Professionals, and those looking for more efficient and effective practices to manage IT.
The role of Enterprise IT Governance is not always clear to organizations looking to manage risk to and in an organization. Achieve this in-demand certification and demonstrate your ability to manage IT resources.
You Will Learn How To:
- Prepare for and pass the Certified Governance Enterprise IT (CGEIT) exam.
- Define, establish, and manage a framework for the governance of enterprise IT.
- Enable and support the achievement of enterprise objectives.
- Ensure that IT-enabled investments are managed to deliver optimized business benefits.
- Establish an IT risk management framework to identify, analyze, mitigate, manage, monitor, and communicate IT-related business risk.
- Optimize IT resources.
Training Prerequisites
To earn CGEIT certification, you must pass the CGEIT exam and demonstrate five or more years of experience managing, serving in an advisory or oversight role, and/or otherwise supporting the governance of the IT-related contribution to an enterprise is required to apply for certification.
This experience is defined specifically by the domains and task statements described in the CGEIT Job Practice.

Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
If a customer would like to cancel or transfer their course, they must notify Coursehorse prior to 3 weeks before the start date of the course or within seven days of registration. On-Demand Courses cannot be cancelled once purchased and are not eligible for refund.
- If a customer transfers to another course prior to 3 weeks before the start date or within seven days of registration of the course in which originally enrolled, 100% of any prepaid course tuition will be applied toward the course tuition for the subsequent course.
- If a customer needs to cancel an enrollment 3 weeks prior to the start of the class or within seven days of registration, we will refund 95% of any prepaid course tuition for that enrollment.
- If a customer does need to transfer or cancel a course within 3 weeks of the start date of the course or after seven days from the date of registration, a fee equal to 50% of the price of the course will be assessed for any standard attendances.
Attendances associated with a Learning Tree program will be assessed a $500 fee. Training Passports, Training Vouchers and Pay-As-You-Learn Vouchers cannot be used after their expiration dates, and a course cancellation or transfer by the customer will not extend a Training Passport, Training Voucher Pack or Pay-As-You-Learn Voucher Pack expiration date.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
