This is a deep tissue stretch and conditioning class for all levels. You will be holding poses, extensions and stretches for an extended period allowing gravity and resistance stretching to set in. The focus will be to stretch the entire body and strengthen the body to hold challenging positions. Please bring water to this class.
This class will focus on foundational stretching and the most extreme stretching. This is appropriate for all levels and anyone wanting to take their flexibility further.
This class will incorporate the chair and the floor in an exotic dance workout. You will learn today's hottest dance moves and incorporate that slow yoga movement in a safe, sexy environment. Chair Play is a whole body workout and you will sweat!

This class will start with level 1 material and gradually increase its intensity to level 2 material by the end of the class. This all levels class help you discover and develop the more exotic side of pole dancing. Explore sensual movement on and off of the pole, sultry and seductive floorwork, and body isolations.
