Professional Affiliations: Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association (KYAA) and Yoga Alliance Provides: Private and Group Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation Nevin is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher by Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and she considers herself a lifelong student of yoga. Her style is a blend of classical hatha yoga, joy of movement and mindfulness. She guides accessible yoga, using a self-empowering and mindful approach that facilitates deep release for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. She finds yoga as a means to maintain balance and increase resiliency against the demands of our overscheduled, busy, stressful lives. While continuing with her corporate job, Nevin leads yoga and meditation programs, including at the World Bank. She has been practicing and studying yoga and different styles of meditation under a rich and eclectic variety of teachers for more than 15 years. Nevin’s intention is to share the benefits of yoga and mindfulness and to incorporate them into our daily lives to increase compassionate self-acceptance and get in touch with the very essence of who we are.
