You will need a reliable Internet connection as well as a computer or device with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you're able to set up your device and connection.

What you'll learn in this yoga class:

All classes are changing to Remote Video only for the time being. We'll revisit as the situation improves. 

This relaxing Yoga class provides a little relaxation mid-day, helping to focus the mind and relax the body.

Important Things to Note:

  • Please remove your shoes before you enter each studio space.
  • Please no cell phones in the studios.
  • Drink plenty of water. Being hydrated is fundamental to enjoying your classes.
  • Please help yourself to complimentary coffee or tea in the reception area.
  • Wear comfortable stretchy clothing.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

I really enjoyed being able to stretch and do some yoga during lunch. It’s great if you’re stuck to a desk and computer all morning. The instructor/people were friendly and I felt comfortable working at my own pace:)
