Jackline Daneshrad

Teaches at Santa Monica College

My name is Jackline Daneshrad. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Art in French from San Jose State University. I used to work for Intel Corporation as a chemical engineer. In 1992 after moving to the Los Angeles area I decided to follow my heart and changed my career to Health and Fitness. I hold a Certification from ACE (American Council ON Exercise which is the highest authority in health and fitness research) and many trainings sessions and workshops in related fields.

I have been teaching Cardio Sculpt, Core strength, Low Back Strength and Stretch and Latin Cardio Dance (Salsa Aerobics) at Spectrum Club in the Pacific Palisades area for the past 14 years, and Cardio Salsa in my own studio. I also offer Chair Salsa classes in Rehabilitation facilities such as Beverly Hills Rehab which is received with great enthusiasm. In addition I am a Personal Trainer working with children and adults specializing in Strength, balance and Injury Rehabilitation. Many of my students and clients report much improvement after working with me and some have replaced their physical therapy sessions with my Low back Strength and Stretch class.
