Kibi Anderson is the President of Red Table Talk Enterprises, an American web television talk show hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith. The brand is housed by Westbrook Inc., founded by Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith to execute the Smith Family’s global content and commerce businesses.

Kibi is an Emmy-Award Winning film producer who has raised $1.8M to recapitalize Broadway Federal Bank with half a billion in assets during height of financial crisis. She also revamped latent analytics department to implement multi-platform reporting for ABC News Digital which receives over 100M unique visitors monthly.

Kibi is responsibile for organizing the annual Denim Day in L.A., a national outreach campaign for largest domestic violence prevention agency in California. The event exceeded its target goals by 50% and raised over $150K for program support. Kibi also co-founded an independent book publishing company and secured distribution deal with two national bookstore chains for first title.

Dustin Goot is Head of Creator Monetization at TikTok, the leading destination for short-form mobile video with a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. He oversees programs and technologies to foster successful collaborations between brands and creators on the platform.

Previously, Dustin led influencer marketing teams at ZEFR and Fullscreen. He has managed the development of SaaS-based influencer discovery tools, scaled marketing and operations teams for rapid revenue growth and invented a first-to-market influencer-driven preroll ad unit. He also directed strategy and execution for hundreds of cross-platform influencer campaigns for clients including Coca-Cola, Samsung, Honda, Conagra, 20 th Century Fox and Taco Bell.
