Zuzana Sochova
Zuzana Sochova has over 14 years of commercial experience in IT, beginning as a software designer/engineer and moving up into project management, program management, and into executive management at a company that provides SW services for international customers (USA, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, …) that are operating in mission critical and life critical sectors – i.e. air traffic control management systems, extensive healthcare applications, and public safety systems.
She started with her specialization in Agile and Scrum back in 2005, where she was involved in implementing the Agile methods at Medtronic, USA. From that time, she was responsible for Agile transformation and implementation of Agile and Scrum to many companies and teams.
She works as Agile coach, counsellor, consultant and trainer for both large and small organizations. As an Agile expert, she is sought after as a regular speaker at Agile international conferences. She is also a founder of the Agile Association (AgilniAsociace, agilniasociace.cz) Czech Republic, organizing the Agile Czech community and annual Agile Prague Conference
Sherman Gomberg
Sherman Gomberg founded Scrum Adventures as an opportunity to enrich others. Sherman has over 25 years of experience with SCRUM, AGILE and PROJECT MANAGEMENT while providing COACHING and CONSULTING services for various industries. Sherman is CSM, A-CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, ICP-ACC, Training from the BACK of the Room, PMP certified, and holds a BS in Computer Science. He is passionate about training those so they can help others.
